To Mica or not to Mica
Hi everyone - Anna here. I work at the intersection of regulation, economics and the practical experience of founders.
I’m particularly interested in what happens when regulation creates costs and uncertainty that are not obvious from the rules themselves.
With the recent complaints from crypto companies to the Danish Ombudsman, this feels especially relevant. In my recent article #7, I look at the problem from the founder’s side, including MiCA, and try to make one thing clearer: where the real burden of regulation falls, and what founders can do when the formal rules and the practical reality diverge.
That’s one thing I tend to look at differently: not just whether a regulation is formally correct, but who actually carries its economic cost.
Looking forward to learning from the community and contributing where I can. https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7486028428601794560/
